Hi John,

My core holding? Never. My speculation? I'd need at least a 20% pullback although I would probably begin to lighten up at 10%.

Something to keep in mind - bull markets in the natural resource/commodity/precious metals arena tend to last on average for 15 years. This is because of the enormous lag in bringing new supply to the market (exploraton, discovery, permissions, construction, extraction, refining, and marketing). It's not like an auto where you can add another shift.

This bull market in gold and silver began in 2001. It's 2009.

John, there is still a very long way to go. Just to get to a new inflation adjusted high means $2300. Versus the DOW from a historical relationship spells something like $6000 or so.

I'm not saying it will get to either of these, but that really doesn't matter. All that matters is that the trend is your friend and the bull is alive and well.

peace,

rono

peace,

rono

: When would you folks get out of gold? looks like it's a 5 yrs bull market and still going well. When will it pull back, would you consider selling if it looses 10-20s%
: thanks
